Did You Know The Magi Did Not Come to the Manger? In preparing for teaching my first grade bible class, I was re-reading the story of the Magi's, or Wise Men's, visit see the baby Jesus. I wanted to stress one thing to these little guys. Something many people are not aware of. Each Christmas you see pictures of the Nativity with the shepherds and Wise Men bowing before the infant. But the Scriptures teach that the Wise Men came to a house, not a stable, to see and worship the baby Jesus.
