Did You Know About Appreciative Coaching?

Did you know about Appreciative Coaching?

It seems that appreciative coaching would not be something that would have to be taught, but in today’s society, it seems that fewer and fewer people know just how to appreciate themselves, much less the people around them and who work for them. Recently, Sara Orem, a faculty member of Capella University online School of Business and Technology, has co-authored the book "Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process For Change".

This approach helps individuals and organizations to flourish when focused on human ideals, achievements and best practices. Appreciative coaching uses mindful questions and tools to help strengthen individuals and to bring about positive changes. The format guides the reader through four stages-discovery, dream, design and destiny.

Readers will be inspired to appreciate themselves and their futures, and will become empowered over themselves and their future. This book is written for coaches of managers, executives, and others who work one-on-one with people. The ideas in this book will influence and creates positive change
