Did you know about water aerobics?
I have always envisioned it as being a class filled with old people swinging around milk jugs. And I guess to the casual observer, maybe it is. But it is so GOOD! Today is my second day to attend a water aerobics class. Yes, there are old people and some not so old people (I fall in between!) :)
The class is a good work out, and you don't even really feel as if you are working out! It is good for the muscles and cooridination, and is easy on the joints. If you can find a class in your area, give it a try!
