Did You Know You Can Go to the Museum for Free?

Did you know you can go to the museum for free?

The Houston Museum of Natural Science has many permanent exhibit halls, including Texas history, dinosaurs and Egypt. The museum is open ever day. On Tuesdays after 2 pm, admission to the permanent exhibit halls is FREE! We are going next week to take advantage of this unbeatable price!

That's one good reason for being near a big city. I would like to spend some time there.

I bet you all will especially love the Egypt section, at least this time round!

hifidel--the whole reason we are going--to visit the Egypt exhibit! :)

when I told the kids we were taking a field trip, the boys were thrilled...thinking we were going to EGYPT!! then, a couple days later, I did get a flyer in the mail for a real trip to Egypt! I sure wish we could go, so very cool. course, that trip is $2695 pp from NY...want to make a donation?? :)

montucky--yes, there are SOME good things about living near the city, though your blog sure seems to point out the benefits of NOT! :)
