Did you know how to push your teen away?

I guess it's pretty easy, as I have been doing a great job of it! Of course, some of it has to be the teen's perspective as well, but I've been doing my share of poor parenting, which is pretty effective in assuring that I've pushed my teen away. Maybe I need a parenting class, because what I've been doing is surely not working. At least I've always relied on prayer. That is what I am hoping will take us through this time as well.
