Did you know the best time to buy new furniture?
It won't be long now til my kids leave home. And one thing I have been debating for several years is when is the best time to buy new home furniture? We bought a $500 couch when we were young marrieds, a huge expense at the time. It has now seen us through almost 20 years. I didn't want to replace it with toddlers, I mean, it was great to jump on, and didn't matter if it got spit up or juice on it. I always thought by the time we had teens we might think about replacing it. But you know, with teens you have big sweaty boys, still spilling juice and soda, so I think I will wait a little longer.
